If a parcel has been picked up, packed, and weighed at our Govindpura branch but has not yet been processed for international air cargo manifesting and airline handover, the sender may request a shipment return. In such cases, freight charges will be refunded in full minus nominal domestic collection and box packing expenses (₹200 - ₹500 depending on materials used).
Once an international Air Waybill (AWB) is validated, customs clearance completed, and the consignment transferred into international air transit custody, shipments cannot be cancelled or recalled.
Approved refunds are credited back via the original payment method (UPI, Bank Transfer, or Cash) within 2 to 4 working business days.
